MR. JOEL HERNANDEZ DEBELLEFEUILLE (The Dealmaker) is an experienced entrepreneur, businessman and founder of Just3. He is a Director for Scoring Dragon Limited a Singaporean based consulting firm; while also sitting as a Board Member for Primo Nutraceuticals Inc. a publicly-traded company listed on the CSE under symbol C:PRMO. He has also held several executive positions managing corporate entities in international transportation, consultation and food businesses; successfully increasing their bottom lines. He is the founder of Bullstocks.ca a digital media company that raises awareness for publicly traded companies and Roadshows.ca a firm that organizes corporate roadshows in Montreal, Toronto & Vancouver.
He is a strong advocate for Human Rights and is constantly in the public eye fighting all aspects of discrimination within Québec.
He has been highly publicized in the media in a ground-breaking decision that has set precedence and jurisprudence within the Province. ROY FOO JEE BOO graduated from Nanyang Business School in Singapore and has more than 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience covering Asia and the GCC region in the Middle East in a diverse area of sectors including manufacturing and trading, mining, heavy industries, infrastructure and real estate.
He has an extensive knowledge of Capital Markets and principal investments focusing on early stage unquoted companies in China; as well as currently managing a portfolio of publicly traded companies with a strong focus on large conglomerates. Participated in a US$4.1bil gas pipeline project in Gulf Arabia. Arranged a Qr1.5bil Contract Financing for Qatar Petroleum Project.
Provided US$200million funding to a hospitality company. Provided US$445million funding to a hospitality company to construct a iconic hotel.
Engaged and managed a US$1billion retail mall project operated by a renowed operator.
Provided US$150million to a shipping and logistics company.
